At Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington, our mission is to change how the world ages. We are doing so through a commitment to helping the greater good throughout our community. We are proud to support local charitable organizations that share our vision of helping others.
The Alzheimer’s Association, Vermont Chapter is here to help. We provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals, and families. We are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention, and, ultimately, a cure.

The Vermont Foodbank is the largest anti-hunger organization in Vermont. Started in 1986, the Vermont Foodbank provides charitable food to more than 280 food shelves, meal sites, shelters, senior centers, and after-school programs throughout Vermont.
The Cancer Patient Support Foundation
The Cancer Patient Support Foundation (CPSF) is an independent, nonproﬁt organization. We serve Vermont cancer patients and their families in a time of extraordinary need by providing financial assistance and support during diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Dragonheart Vermont strives to strengthen and empower breast cancer survivors and supporters through the challenging sport of dragon boating, instilling in its members the values of teamwork, fitness, and community giving.
