Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is Dedicated to Social Responsibility Throughout Vermont
At Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington, our mission is to change how the world ages. We are doing so through a commitment to helping the greater good throughout our community. We are proud to support local charitable organizations that share our vision of helping others.
Essex Rescue
Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is pleased to make a donation to Essex Rescue in the amount of $5,000. Rescue services throughout Vermont play an enormously important role in our healthcare system including keeping our aging-in-place senior population safe. A drop in volunteerism and the corresponding professionalizing of most rescue positions in recent years has strained many rescue operations. Rescue services in Vermont are primarily funded by town donations and those of individuals and local businesses. Home Care Assistance is appreciative of the efforts Essex Rescue does for our clients in Essex Junction, Essex, Westford, Jericho, Underhill, and throughout Chittenden County.

Alzheimer’s Association
The Alzheimer’s Association, Vermont Chapter is here to help. We provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals, and families. We are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention, and, ultimately, a cure.
