I have been talking with Tom Lee at Home Care Assistance about my elderly mother since October 2018. It would take numerous paragraphs to properly explain our interactions so I’ll get right to the point here. He and his company are fantastic! Due to our circumstances, we have not used private-pay caregivers in our mothers home yet, but when we do, it will be HCA we contact to satisfy this need. Toms professional and caring demeanor are among his most admirable traits. Even though we haven’t hired his team, he continues to help in so many ways and always ends an interaction with, “we are just a phone call away”. This has given me much comfort knowing that our mother would be well cared for if, and/or when the time comes. Thank you Tom and if you ever need a verbal reference, please keep me in mind.
